• Account & Profile Information: When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address and unique User ID (UID) authenticated securely via Google Firebase Authentication.
• Client-Side Image Processing (Zero Cloud Image Storage): Any logo, graphic, or font you upload to the studio is computed and rasterized locally in your web browser's memory using HTML5 Canvas and WebGL. We do not upload, persist, or store your private logo files on our cloud servers, nor do we use your uploaded brand graphics to train machine learning/AI models.
• Billing & Transaction Data: When you purchase Monthly Pro or Lifetime Deal licenses, all transaction details are processed directly by our third-party payment partner, Waffo (Waffo Pancake). We only store confirmation records (such as transaction IDs, plan tiers, and active license status) and never store or access your credit card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV security codes.
• Technical & Analytical Logs: Anonymous aggregate information such as browser type, operating system, language preferences, and basic diagnostic event timestamps to ensure high-performance rendering across devices.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data exclusively for legitimate operational purposes:

• To authenticate and maintain your active session and membership privileges;
• To verify transactions and unlock code export features (Vue 3, React, HTML5 components, point cloud JSON);
• To diagnose client rendering bottlenecks and optimize shader performance;
• To provide responsive technical customer support and handle refund inquiries;
• To protect the platform against fraud, scraping, and abusive activities.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to advertisers or commercial data brokers. We only share necessary operational data with reputable service providers:

• Waffo (Pancake TS): Payment processing gateway for PCI-DSS compliant checkout and subscription billing.
• Google Firebase: Cloud identity authentication and serverless backend infrastructure.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by applicable laws, subpoenas, or official government regulations.

5. Cookies & Local Browser Storage

We use lightweight cookies and browser local storage (localStorage / IndexedDB) solely to:

• Preserve your UI language preference (English / Chinese);
• Keep your login credentials active between browser sessions;
• Cache your current canvas particle physics parameters and sampling thresholds locally so you don't lose unsaved changes when refreshing.

We employ modern security safeguards, including HTTPS SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, tokenized authentication mechanisms, and restricted-access database permissions. We retain your account email and licensing records only for as long as your account remains active or as required by financial auditing laws.
